Day 1 : Hanoi – Mai Chau (L, D)

7:30 AM In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel for a drive to Mai Chau. Along the way, you have a great opportunity to enjoy the fabulous views of the mountainous landscape. Upon arrival in Mai Chau around noon time, enjoy lunch in a local Thai house.

In the afternoon, enjoy a short walk around Mai Chau for a glimpse of the region and then transfer to the remote Mai Hich village. If the weather permits, you will take a small bike ride around the green community. After the great experience, return for dinner in the Thai house.

Overnight in the stilt house of Thai hosts.

Day 2 : MAI CHAU – PU LUONG (B/L/D)

08:00: Breakfast and starting trekking to Kho Muong .On the way, stop at some road passes for a bird-eyed view of landscapes of several Muong villages. Visit local market of the Muong and Thai Ethnic Minority to learn about their daily life and customs; enjoy the beautiful scenery and trekking to Pu Luong Reserve nature trekking trip following the small road through the terrace rice and sugar cane fields, cross the Hanging Bridges to visit other remote rural villages of Thai Ethnic. Stop at the giant waterwheels, ducks farm to learn about the agriculture.Homestay in Kho Muong villages .

Day 3 : EXPLORE KHO MUONG VIILAGE & DOI CAVE – NINH BINH (B,L,D)

7:30 Wake up with fresh pure air and enjoy breakfast. We start easy trekking following the small roads through the terrace rice fields and cross the stream to visit remote rural villages of Kho Muong Minorities to learn about the local people in Pu Luong. Explore Doi Cave of Kho Muong village, this is the largest cave in Pu Luong depended on the weather condition. On the way, you will meet local people showing their welcome by smiling to you. Trekking through the villages to Pho Doan for lunch and after lunch transfer to Ninh Binh via Ho Chi Minh trails. Upon arrival Tam Coc - Ninh Binh, check-in bungalow and free your time to discover the city at night. Overnight in Tam Coc -Ninh Binh.

Day 4 : Tam Coc – Halong Bay (B, L, D)

In the early morning, depart for 4-hour drive to Halong. Your drive will get through the Red River Delta which offers tranquil views of a beautiful plain with green rice fields. Upon arrival, you will board our ship and start your cruise on the bay. A fresh seafood lunch will be served on board.

After lunch, spend time relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views of this World Wonder as the ship makes its way off the classic cruising routes. Along the way, marvel at the huge limestone formations rising from the water. After a 2-hour cruise, you will reach a remote and scenic spot near Bai Tu Long Bay. Be ready for a wide range of activities to get closer to the water and explore the bay in depth.

After one and a half hour kayaking, get back to the board to relax and start the aperitif on the sundeck as the ship cruises to the anchor area for overnight.

Dinner and overnight on board (your preferred cruise category).

Day 5 : Halong – Hanoi (Brunch)

Try to wake up early and soak up the tranquil atmosphere of the bay with a cup of coffee or tea. Join a Tai Chi session on the sun deck to charge energy for a new day or just relax on the sunbath and see the world passing by.

Afterwards, embark on bamboo boats for a visit to a remote floating village. The boat cruises amongst a number of floating houses and small rowing boats used as the main means of transport of the region.

After the visit, back on board for a cruise back to the pier. A brunch will be served on board during the cruise. Get the last chance to enjoy the natural beauty of the rocks, limestone formations, and emerald water.

On arrival at the pier. transfer back to Hanoi.
